Beast is back. |
The game was an afterthought, as the C's destroyed the Cavs 112-95. It was the first time Boston's starting five was together on the floor since Game 6 of last year's NBA Finals. Perk looked great in his return, finishing with 7 points, 6 boards & 3 assists in 17 minutes. Paul Pierce led all-scorers with an amazing 24 points in just 23 minutes. Nate and Baby chipped in 11 and Von Wafer chipped in 10 points for the bench.
Semih Erden had a solid game as the starting center, pulling down 8 boards and recording 2 blocks
C's now will head out west for a big road-trip. They'll face the Blazers, Suns, Kings and for the first time since last year's Game 7 loss, the Lakers. Tip-off on Wed. vs Portland is at 10:30pm EST.
