Baseball

I know this is a Celtics blog, but I'd be doing a big disservice if I didn't congratulate a Boston baseball legend on making the Hall of Fame. Jim Edward Rice was finally voted into Cooperstown today. This was his last year of eligibility. There has been much controversy over Jim being left out the last few years. Many said it was his lack of being "media-friendly" during hios career that hurt his chances. Congrats Jim Ed. Now, back to the task at hand, winning Banner 18. The Celtics face Toronto again tonight on the back end of a home and home series at the Garden. No word (that I've heard) on whether or not Perk will play tonight. Tip-off at the Gahden is 7:30pm on CSN....
