The Monster Mash...

C's held their first practice in Waltham today. ESPN's Chris Forsberg reported that Delonte and J.O. both sat out with back spasms and a hamstring issue respectively. But any concern was quickly replaced by joy when watching Nate's latest video masterpiece:
